In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. We only provide support for customers with active support contracts. If you do not have an active support contract, please contact sales for more information. When creating a ticket, please accurately select the priority and provide a brief description of the issue. We will respond in a quick and timely manner.

Standard support hours are M-F 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST, excluding holidays. Tickets received after hours will be addressed the next business day.
